Goto: www.abebooks.com and do a 'search' with Varian 620/L in the Title field to bring up a copy of the Operation and Information manual for the computer. This book is from 1971 and there only appears to be one copy. I thought that there were some folks here who had Varian gear. I found this while looking for microwave tube info. Cheers John
