I remember having such a book! It's gone now..I think the publisher was Scelbi Publications? I have an old Intel data book with 8008 info (mostly clock drive etcs) that might be useful. Though there are sites that have pdf scans of both the 4004 and 8008 datasheets. I also have some Sclebi publications spiral books: one on an assember and another on a text editor listing full source (asm listings on asr33) and programming explanations. I'd like to get my 4004s doing something - please post if you come across something to do with those in your search - I think Osborne had a 4004 cookbook as well as alot of 8008 material.
