Hi-- A friend has just told me that there is a VAX 7000-610 system in cambridge mass looking for a home. The system is to be disposed of in the next week or so. It's currently at a ground level loading dock. It's a 3 cabinet system, storage peripherals include a pair of ra92's, a tz857 stacker, a 9-track, and (I believe) 3 ba-350 shelves. I have warehouse space in the area and could be convinced to temporarily hold the system for pickup. I'll read both this address and the list for any interest... I have also written to the Rhode Island Retro-Computing Society, other places to post to welcomed... (any appropriate usenet groups?) --akb
