No, Al Kossow has a LARGE archive of various manuals at

In particular, if you're interested in hp Time-Shared Basic, the section in
http://www.bitsavers.org/pdf/hp/2000TSB
has a lot of interesting manuals in it -- older versions of TSB (2000C,
2000A),
listing of the code for one of the versions (2000C?), system operators
manuals,
etc. etc.
If you're looking at simulators, the simh simulator has the ability to
simulate
several different hp2000 type machines =>
simh.trailing-edge.com
At one point someone was looking at running 2000F on the simulator
(or a pair of simulators? It used two processors, a main CPU and one
to handle the multiplexors...) Don't know the status of that, though...
