Is there a NeXT archive or museum anywhere? I have a few documents that
are historically interesting (one is a receipt for the very last
magneto-optical cartridges that Canon had in stock) and would like them
to go to a suitable home, if there is such a place.

Probably the best place to send these would be the Computer History
Museum in Mountain View, CA. At the very least, I'd recommend
contacting them with the details of your items.
