I'm looking at the manual for this thing. It was a pretty righteous terminal in its day. Maximum transmission rate is 9600 baud. It had a video out so you could hook up an external monitor. According to the schematic, the biggest chip on the I/O board is a TR1402A or 1602A (it has both numbers written on it).
