 I'm mixing it up with one of the others. It looks like
it is the comparator. I stand corrected.

I'm 99% sure you're not correct.  They're 6-bit bus comparators.
 DM8136 is the Signetics part number, and DS8136 is the NatSemi one;
alas I have data for neither.
