I agree with Tony, don't pot the thing. Potting comound not only makes
it difficult or impossible to repair but it also severly limits the heat
dissappation of the electrical components and that will cause failures.

I wouldn't do that. Why make it impossible to repair later? Personally,
I'd take a matal box, screw the transformer and relay to the inside, use
tagstrip or striboard to mount the smaller components. Connect the box to
mains earth and run the cables through grommets in the sides.
Then, if something fails later, it'll be easy to put right.
