I've got the manual, but it doesent go into detail about the fault/failure codes. I dont have a console terminal or ethernet connection hooked up to this yet - but when power is applied, it goes through the self-test, lighting up 8 7 6 5 4 3, then those LEDs blink, 2 and 1 are dark, and only the POWER LED is lit otherwise.
