The Calculator accessory in Win 3.10 and 3.11 is
flawed. Start it up, and
calculate the difference between 3.11 and 3.10 (3.11 - 3.10 = 0 ????)

I believe IBM had a fixed version downloadable with the OS/2 fixes
from their ftp site. (Microsoft followed for a
while... don't know if
it is still there.)
