terminal (and
relative compact), does graphics and in colour too! The VT-131 is an
Ageeed. I must have another fiddle with mine...
The only thing I think DEC got wrong with the VT240 is that you can't
download programs into its RAM and run them. Which, given there's a T11
in there, is a pity...
FWIW, the video system of the VT240 is much the same as the Rainbow
colour card. There's a 7220 graphics chip in the VT240, for example. I
think the PALs used to control memory updating are indentical in the 2
machines, but I would have to check.
