really? never used the 8in drive befor...... tried ajusting the pots does
not seem to do anything :S? wish i had a cheapy camera for making videos
blah o well thats next thing to buy when i start my new job

If you are saying that the floppy drive spindle keeps spinning, that is
normal. The types of drives that the MDS used have an AC spindle motor and
it spins the entire time there is power applied. They always spin when the
computer is powered up.
