And couldn't some 3COM TP/RJ45 combo 16-bit 'net cards do that too? I have a

I've got fond memories of the PAS16 - it's
what got me started using
SCSI all over the place years ago rather than IDE; it worked like a
charm for disks (just non-bootable) despite only really being intended
for CDROM drives.
I will remember that and probably use later on in my tinerking, thanks.
