Zilog always listed the 'B' part as 6 MHz and the 'H' part as 8.

Just a minor correction. I believe the Z80B is 6MHz and the Z80H 8MHz.
SGS-Thomson list them as 6MHz and 8MHz now, but IIRC the Z80H was
originally 6MHz. I could be mistaken, of course.
