I do not know for sure about module compatability.
However, if you find they
are compatible, I think I have some spare memory for my D220 that might be
helpful to you.
I decided what the heck since there existed modules which claimed to work
in both machine types.
The unit would not even power on with the D200 RAM in it, either by itself
or with the old RAM. Put the old RAM back in and all OK.
Bummer.
