Pull all electrolytics and replace.
I'll let you fight it out with the editor of the Radiophile magazine. He
complains bitterly about replacing all the capacitors when they can have
nothign whatsoever to do with the probklem.
FWWI, I've got plenty of original electrolytics still working in 1950s
valve equipment here. They show no signs of failing...
