well, you know, it's a different world these days.
You go to these places
down dark alleys, surrounded by shady characters and you can buy them.
One of the local pound shops (~= dollar stores) sells a cable with a USB A plug on
one end and a pair of RCA phono plugs on the other. I am told this makes sense for
some device-or-other...
Actually, IIRC a USB A male->female cable violates the spec...
