So what's your point? If you've learned it twice, then you should know
that the popular vote doesn't elect the president.
It's true that "Just because his brother is the governor of Florida doesn't

his brother was doing anything underhanded." However, the fact that he's a
Bush
suggests that he could hardly have been doing anything else. It's in their DNA,
doncha know.
