the press misunderstood the Canadian official...
saying "What a moron" in reference to George Dubya.
In some circles up here there is a slang phrase of
approval
meaning "more on top of it", hipper. I'm sure that's what he
meant.
Unclear.
Is the Canadian Official saying that He himself is a moron,
so that George Bush is hip by association? Explain.
