Very cool machine! Too bad they didn't move quick
enough to keep up with
the IBM PC invasion. Seems like they could have
added a 5 1/4" drive (or an
external interface for a standalone and got it to talk to them) A 'lease to
own' option would have probably been beneficial too, considering how much
they were charging to lease those things. :p

Thanks Dave. The rental arrangements at corporate prices certainly didn't
help, but of all the issues, PC-incompatibility was the main one in my
opinion. In 1984-85, to introduce a non-PC compatible into a strictly
business environment with media (microdrive carts) that didn't even allow
for file conversion to a PC compatible form was never likely to succeed.
