This is getting off topic, but where can I get more
info on this contest?

I went once, it was well worth it.
It was a bit scary to see the advancements there.
I mean, there were foreign aerospoace engineers, etc.
No micromachining (then), but there was a full range.
One group tried to blow out candles with Pentium CPU
fans... not the best choice.
