If you're willing to include micros, then the Kenbak-1 and Apple I are
obvious candidates. There are also uncommon variants and prototypes of
more common machines -- for example, the bbc-micro list has been
discussing the Acorn A500 recently, which is pretty rare itself, but has
an even rarer Tube-only variant.
