Go postal (USPS), have shipped both ways this way with success.
ExFed, UPS etc charges a arm and a leg for border fee. Grrr
USPS don't which is very nice.

like that. I wish shipping to Canada wasn't ridiculous.
Try the postal system, that works best to Canada.
PS. I got some ISA Targa 16 boards to go to a good home too, from Canada.
