The x86 processors from Intel and AMD contain an internal PLL which
multiplies the external clock to produce an internal clock for the
processor pipeline.
..and most of those x86 CPUs are usually driven by an external PLL
which is run from a master oscillator running at 14.31818MHz. So,
one I suppose, could argue that they're *all* 14.3MHz, although I
wouldn't try...
