I've never seen one--at least not one that supports "legacy" floppy
interfaces (e.g. DMA 2, IRQ 6, port 3Fx). I suppose that one could be
built using a PCI-to-ISA bridge, but that's not a project I'd be eager
to undertake.
Non-legacy controllers (i.e. ones that won't work with Imagedisk) are
available, such as the Catweasel, but they're a very different animal.
