If you're working on a piece of older Compaq gear, the cheese head is part of the
slide-in mounting system for the disk drives. That is, the cheese head forms the
protrusion that slides in the groove of a plastic guide.
Ah, yes, I had forgotten about that. I've actually removed
a few of those drives before, and have a few of those screws,
though they've mostly been repurposed.
