I didn't know that my state government (Texas) was
watching license plates
at the borders. I make trips to Louisiana quite frequently to visit family.

Funny how this never came out during the presidential debates when
Algore and Dubya were debating. Two opponents, one true purpose.
Somehow, I think they were both on the same side, just playing one of
the most popular games played by our politicians: divide and conquer.
