The coolant is Fluorinert, a fluorinated hydrocarbon.
It is not an
ozone-depleting substance, as far as I know, but would still probably be
considered hazmat
It indeed is not an ozone-depleter, but it has a specific warning about global
warning potential in its brochure (this is for the FC70 variant):

It is, however, very low toxicity and very resistant to ignition. Still,
I'd probably keep it in hazmat containers just so people didn't get nervous.
