Simple, DEC terminals like to use Xon/Xoff flow control
protocal
and will run ok without it if the baud rate is low enough.
You have two choices either hardware flowcontrol, or enable
and use xon/xoff. I'd suggest the latter as it's the common way
for DEC systems.

Unfortunatly it doesn't look to be that easy. I just checked and found
Xon/Xoff is set, so I also tested to see if I have the same problems with
Linux. I don't. It seems that the problems are limited to the DZ11
emulation in simh.
