Here's
'toy' that might interest some on this list. I have only ever seen them
assembled. Too bad there is no box. The box was really cool.

I used to have access to one when I
volunteered at the local science museum - I had to refurb it (wire parts I made from
paperclips, rubber
bands I provided from my own stock since I wore braces at the time), but it was totally
worth the effort.
Anyone here ever make a modern reproduction (with or without a laser cutter)?
