One thing that
may work is build a Linux box
with the support for the Xenix/SysV file
system and try to mount the drive from there
and edit out the password in the password
file.
I've done that before with other Unix
systems...
I'd do that if this wasn't a PS/2 with the funky drive
connections. I don't have another PS/2.
