Unless the company fails to ship said goods/pallets
out. This happened to
me, with ~4 pallets worth of stuff "missing" on arrival of the rest of the
load (they failed to put those pallets on the truck). It took me better than
6 months and a lot of fighting to get my money back.
Yes, that is why I put the "formally arranged" bit in there. You did
your part, they did not do there's.
Perhaps "formally" is the wrong word - maybe "in good faith" is
better.
