Replacement flyback transformers for monochrome displays can be
maddeningly difficult to obtain. Your PCB has the appearance of a
standard OEM monitor kit, such as produced by the likes of Ball
Brothers.
You might want to check with some of the specialty outfits that
provide service and replacements for industrial equipment, such as
CNC controllers to see if they have any ideas.
