I for one would be very interested to hear if and how you were able to get
good fine-resolution PCB traces with this system. When I tried it, it was
still being trotted out as an idea and it was very much inferior to the
photoresist process.
BTW, photo sensitized clad board is still available, but it's not cheap.

Given some of the prices for boards and chemicals, it might be quite a bit
cheaper to send the artwork out to be prototyped.
