I ended up adapting an ATX PSU for use in the Fuel.

Well, I'm the servicing man of Mr. Mazzini's PSU.
The standby voltages are OK, since we can connect to the L1 diagnostic
port. Main voltages are missing.
I found a burnt and exploded resistor, and some suspicious components
around, so I'm confident the problem can be easily solved.
But I need the value of that resistor, since only the terminals are
left :(
