That must have been something they stuck on. A friend had a dg system
in high-school, and all it had was a vast expanse of dark brown/black
sheet metal with two illuminated square buttons on it - one red and
one blue, for power and reset. The phi-decks were cool, though; it
always seemed so busy and complicated with all the whirring and
clicking...
