duff or not the correct type of disk - difficult to tell. DOS 3.3 is the revision of DOS
required.
It should not /require/ MS-DOS 3.3, although that will give you more
free memory than anything else on an 8086.
MS-DOS, PC-DOS & DR-DOS will all work.
NB you probably need to use 720K DD floppies, *not* 1.4MB HD ones.
