That's interesting. I'm glad to hear that it works on an external drive.
How do you specify an address before you load any OS? One of my manuals
details the order that cards, drives, etc are searched for OSs (it's
bizarre!) but I've never seen any mention that the boot drive needed to be
at a particular address or that you needed to specify an address.

I'm not sure, if the address is only a preferred address for booting, or if it's
really
required to be set (btw. in that manual, there were addresses for hard disk drives too)

... the boot rom (3.0) found the files on the 3.5" disk and i could select them
just if they were on the internal disk
