Make sure that popups aren't blocked, and that NoScript allows
www.scribd.com & quantserv.com, you will also need to set up a free
account with the server. I had no trouble downloading with OS-X 10.5.6 &
Firefox 3.0.8

Also a most useless site. Despite all claims of down loadable document
it plain doesnt do it.
