Hi!
I am not sure that this is the same thing....
I have 3 NuvoLink SC boxes.
They have AUI,BNC and SCSI on the back...

Bad habit, but the SCSI ethernet boxes are so thinly traded that I let
myself slip into picking up only the known unit, Asante, and leaving others

here. Asante EN SC, but I wouldn't use one for a
SE/30 unless there was a
good reason why I couldn't use an internal card.
Mike, you've seen more than I have, but based on my experience, I'd say
the the most common ones are the Dayna and the Asante ones. The rarest
would seem to be the Cabletron (the only one only one with a publised
API) and the Kinetics.
Personally, I'd love to find a Kinetics one just to test a theory that
it is command compatible with the Cabletron.
As for why not use an internal SE/30 card? Probably the best reason is
if you've already got the Xceed video card. :-)
