A slip of my mind, I'm sorry to say.
I forgot to ask Fred if he could host the document. It is there for the
time
being, but as it probably is going to be around for a long time, we
need someone who can have this document on-line.
The document is at present on my FTP server, but I would prefer a more
"regular" archival function
