No is no the carpet cleaner but a clothes pre-treatment.
The product is this one:

It is sold only in some countries: Spain, France, Germany, ...not in UK. I
do not know if it sells in the USA, probably it does with another name.

It is interesting to note that applying some oxygen based products, there
is
no need to use Sun/UV light to achieve the same results.
For instance I used the product 'Vanish Foam' in a dark room during
several
hours and the yellow color went away.
Currently I have an HP85 case that maintains is healthy color, about one
year
after the treatment. (I keep half lower part without treatment so I can
compare both parts).
Sounds intriguing - is this the carpet care product I find in Google? --
