I just paid about $5.65 shipped for *each* of my (16) 1Mx4-bit DIPs. I
was honestly happy to find them at that price. Those chips are
exceedingly rare and this is the first time I've found any for sale at a
reasonable price and quantity for the last five years. (and I've been
looking)
This was to expand a Microbotics VXL*30 RAM-32, from 2mb to 8mb, which
is an accelerator/ram expansion device for the A500.
The 41256 are much more common and available in comparison.
