I make the claim of a device to detect radio-frequency signals. Said
device employs a mineral (e.g. galena) and a method of making
electrical contact to a sensitive portion of said mineral. Said
method may include, but is not limited to a fine wire or other
electrically conductive material.
There. I've invented the crystal set.
