As I understand it, TENEX was what became TOPS-20, after numerous
modifications. TOPS-20 is known to run on numerous emulators, so you
may want to try that. TENEX requires a special pager hardware, so there
may not be any emulator that can handle it.

No. It requires a PDP-10 of some kind.
