Anyone know of a company/person who fixes/refurbishes/aligns floppy drives?
I need some old floppys worked on.
I think you might have problems. It is claimed (I don't necessarily
believe it) that it's not worth fixing modern drives, so very few repair
shops have the equipment to handle them. And thus they can't do the older
ones either (which most definitely are worth repairing, as there is no
way to replace them).

I have about 5 8" floppy drives that are about to be junked as nobody on
the list wanted them for even the price of scrap. I don't think they will
have much value until a fair more are turned into beer cans.
