Paper or cardboard IBM 360 models

Are those models all cardboard? I thought they were plastic for a lot of the models (although honestly I've only known about them for a few years). I could have sworn I saw a P1000 or some such set sell for a few hundred or low hundred on ebay which was in the months following the several thousand dollar one that sold but was some other system (ok the $5000 was a UNIVAC model). http://www.vintage-computer.com/vcforum/showthread.php?32526-phillips-p1000… see was what I think was plastic not cardboard. Still awesome though! lol.. I can't see playing with toy cars but I'd still be giddy to have a mini vintage server room on my desk.
