Commercial-Off-The-Shelf. Basically meaning anything that you
can buy preassembled online or in stores, which is what you're
looking for. However, the US Government seems to believe it
means anything semi-custom that will take an amount of glue
logic equal to or greater than the device itself to integrate
into any realistic system.
