Yes. Unfortunately.
It was an educational install, though. Kernel booted off floppy,
installation over the network from an x86 PC with Linux. This was a
combination that apparently nobody else in the history of the Internet
had tried to do. I had at least 3 or 4 how-to guides from different
people, including a personal friend who was a Sun support engineer.
All were mutually contradictory. All were wrong.
I got it to work, though.
The results were... not joyous.
