If memory serves me, there was a significant interval where the 11/23 BOARD
had 22-bit addressing, but the standard backplane/chassis only had 18 bits
wired. Been about twenty years, and I am doing this from memory.
Wonder what ever happended to Ralph Stammerjohn.....????
